So, there's a built-in 10 fan fan hub. The 3 front fans and a molex for the PSU are connected out of the box. The rear fan's connector looks just like the front 3 fans' connectors, but will not fit any of the free fan connections on the hub. I took one of them off and the molex connector also and the holes in their connectors are flush with the bottom of the connectors while the holes on the rear fan's connector are not. They are raised a smidgen above being flush and so when I try to line up the pins on the hub with the holes on the connector, the bottom of the connector makes contact with the hub preventing the pins being inserted into the holes.
Is this a common thing to have happen? Is it poor manufacturing quality control? Am I doing something wrong? What do I need to do to fix this? Just buy a new connector and splice it in?
