Just stay in the inner harbor/fells point area and its not bad but the west baltimore area is pretty bad. NW Philly is similar.

oh, is it like BF3 then? worst case is you'd probably have to redo the file modifications after every patch

Had to replace 2 files, that's it, will probably have to do that each time they update but I'm not worried with EA on that one lol

In my copy of NFS Rivals that I got from the same shop, English and Russian packs were in the folder. All I had to do was delete the 2 Russian files and that left me with 2 English files, started the game and it was all in English
