Mods:
added a cooler master hyper TX, extra case fan, UV lights, did some wire management, some changes with the cable connectors, neaten up some areas( tried to) yeah...thats about it. Thinking of further neating up cables, get a new case...or make 1...

Like you said, need to neaten up those wires a little more. I also see you butchered one of the PCI retention brackets on the case (oops!). Not too bad overall.

opps...you saw that! hahahs...yeah..this case was pretty long ago..i used to have a mobo before this and 1 card couldn't fit out of the slot..so i tried to wrench it alittle...and still couldn't, pissed out and just twisted the whole damn thing..hahas...now with the new mobo..its a thing of the past! =)

LOL. Ya, I've done similar when things just don't fit/sit right.

If your next case is a while away, I suggest moving that rear fan up to the mount just above the CPU HSF, or better yet, get a second one to put there. You will probably get better temps/airflow that way.

i'm looking for a new case...seen a couple of NZXT cases...since its cheap and i'm on a budget..do you think its worth it?

those antec 900 are a little way off my budget..

I havent looked at cases in a while, but of those two, I like the trinity. It just has a more solid and sleek look to it, but cases are really a subjective and personal thing. Whatever looks good to you.
