Gave you a 9/10...One suggestion though...The addition of the extra loop is a great idea, BUT, LEAVE the color scheme as is...Please don't put ANYMORE red in that already superb looking rig...The "I mean business" look of your machine might be transformed into a "night at the county fair carnival" with the added color...Then you'll have to hire some fat greasy guy to both turn it on and serve cotton candy. lol... just my opinion.

hey bros!!! thx for your comments and critics, keep it coming.!

the project is not finished yet, still to come..
that's why i keep posting photos, hoping to listen to helpful opinions..
also posted pics related to future upgrade space like HDD rack (for Rad) and remaining space next to PCI bay (for Cylinder Res).

thx guys..
but the real stuff is, am planning to loop the VGA, now figuring which res will suit my case the most and minimalizing major mod, planning EK 100ml cylinder res, Black Ice GTS240 and MCP655 vario, that's all the space i got left to upgrade for hehe from the item i picked..
any better ideas? pls comment, thx thx~

Very nice set up. Your loop is similar to mine. I never thought of flipping the 120 RAD upside down, good thinking.

kool, and thx..
but that pic is old, i've just re-designed it a lil bit, will post soon!

ah yea, what do u think, if i add 240 rad before the 2nd pump? will the head pressure of 2nd pump able to handle? now this current setting doing 23-24'c idle / 36-38'c load (with air-con turned on more less 22'c ambient)

may i see ur rig?

7/10 could be better, the looping are big for this pump it´s funcional but not perfect, try to reduce the number of conexions used for plug the tubes. In other possiblity change them for others

thx for the advice..
i've tried for minimize using less connector for areas like CPU, NB/SB and Mosfet, that's the best i could get at this moment, without kinking the tubes..

as for the 90 degree connector from 1st pump, i will replace it as soon as i got my VGA looped (GT300 dual)

and FYI, am already running this loop with 2 vario pumps, and currently applying speed of 4, and it's running pretty smooth at this moment, however it's still in testing period.

peace out!

wow!

i love your design, your flow setup and those compression fittings really do add a nice touch to your loop.

I got just one quick question for you,
is that single 120 Rad passively cooled? or is there a fan on the back of your case?

thx!
yes it is passively cooled at this moment (testing period), and i found it's pretty nice.. doing idle 23'c load 38'c even it's passively cooled (at 3.4Ghz), improvement of 3-4'c compared to previous looping design, and i also wanted to avoid noisy fan, because i'm planning to add 2 fans for 240rad for VGA looping in near future. unless this design is failed, then i will consider a scythe thin fan 1,800rpm.

peace out!

Clean & simple build, with a little complexity with the loop, looks good so far,, try not to rush the final build. It should turn out awesome

are all those elbows restricting your flow? I'm planning my first build very very soon and i'm using your loop layout as my guide for my own. It's basically what i had in mind and seems good.

thx, still seeking for improvements for the loop while waiting for GT300..
but nevertheless, the theme would remain the same, simple! hehe..

so far it's not restricting the flow.. cuz currently am applying pump speed level of 4, flow is pretty smooth, when i turned it to level 5, it's very fast!

but it really depends on ur case, u could modify or flip the flow direction, try more options..
see which way is the best for ur solution..

i'm considering whether to cool the 120Rad using Scythe thin 1,800rpm fan, but worry might increase dB of my case hehe...

i've already set the limit of 5 fans used in my case..
soon when i'm getting the VGA loop, it would be very noisy..
still in progress though

peace out!

are the two pumps really necessary? Even after you put in your VGA loop? will that loop be CF or SLI?

My setup is going to be just about the same as yours, but i was thinking about using just one mcp355 with a and aftermarket top .
Think that will be enough for:
-i7 920
-NB
-1xATI 5870
-1x120.1 rad
-1x120.3 rad
-EK 5.25" Bay Spin Reservoir

same tubing and roughly the same elbows as yours, and minus the mosfet block

yea it is necessary for my looping system to use 2 pumps now, cuz it's too heavy ..
just one mcp355? am afraid there will be lot of bubbles in your loop bro..

uhm my VGA plan will be remain dual GPU single pcb for now, unless i won lottery haha..

would you recommend i step up to the mcp365 ? or use 2 mcp255 with aftermarket tops?

i would suggest 2 pcs of

http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=201&products_id=20655

and combine with this

http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=439&products_id=26241

but before all of this, please think and re-think, what's ur ultimate build.. so might save u a trouble in the future, thx~

peace out!
