I found the option in the settings to open GPU-Z on windows startup, very handy.

But could it possibly remember the last used window position too? It's not much, but having to drag the GPU-Z window onto my second monitor on every boot is mildly annoying ;)

This actually reminds me of something I was curious of which would also possibly suit your situation as well.

If using not just two monitors but two desktops with the "add desktop" function in windows ,would having GPUZ on the second desktop (and second screen) be allowed to stay there after reboot?

Iirc, press and hold down control or alt and then close it. It should be a general windows function already

Works for me, at least when manually started and closed.
