smbios not detected

    not enought space in runtime area sm bios is not detected
    what shall i do iv reflashed the bios and everything
    then it says checking vram
    and then hangs for ages

    spec is
    p5k
    e2140
    ati 3870
    2gig ocr ram
    200gb satahad drive

    1. how is the message delivered? (blue screen, message box, bios)
    2. when does it happen? (at boot, during an app, new hardware)

    my ram was in single channel by mistake
    i put it in dual channel
    and it went all strange :eek:
    i put it back the same tried each alone in each slot
    it happens at boot

    the writing is white
    appears
    checking ram buts it doesn t change
    saying press f1 to go ahead but nothing happens

    i tryed it back both ways
    ocr golden ram 800mhz pc2-6400
