No original box. It has a purple colored EK heatsink on it to keep it nice and cold, the EK heatsink is a little scratched, the NVMe drive itself is mint condition with a manufacturing date of January 2018 on the label.

The heatsink has a very tight hold on it, so I don't recommend you take it off, it is a pain to get on.
