[Solved]GB Aorus 1080's confusing part #'s (ended up getting a strix)

Hello.

I'm a bit out of the loop with gpu's but what's the difference between these:
Xtreme v Normal and are all of them use or have 11 GB/s bandwidth?

P.S. The two part numbers that confuse me :

GV-N1080AORUS-X11-8GD
GV-N1080AORUS-X-8GD

So basically they are the same xtreme versions but one has the 11 gbps?

Using the compare feature on gigabytes website shows me not much is different aside from the physical dimensions of the video card itself

The extreme addition is slightly longer and taller... and I'm guessing more expensive.there seems to be some slight differences in memory speed as well.I also don't know what they mean but there are different revisions of the card itself.

There are now 2 revisions of the normal Aorus card and the Extreme Aorus:
The old normal one had a slight overclock from the factory, the new one has 11Gbps memory now
The old extreme one had a considerable bump in clocks all around, but the new one bumped the memory even further to 11Gbps as well

FWIW the difference between these 1080's is 1-4% maximum, so rather negligible, and the gap gets smaller when you OC the vanilla 1080's memory to 11GBps which is rather easy.

Just an update, I ended up getting the Strix OC 11gbps...

Unfortunately all the stocks for non Ti's for Aorus here are gone...
