It would be nice if there was another switch for the ThrottleStop automatic profile choser - not only based on whenever it is connected to AC power or is on battery, but also:
1. If the lid is open or close (for notebooks - we could configure to switch to a more restrictive profile with lower multipliers for example)
2. If the CPU load on each core is lesser than X% for Y time (again, if the CPU isn't really resource intensively used, we can trade bursts for longer execution time and lesser temperature)
I probably would had implemented it by myself, but the source code is closed. So - no luck.
Anyway, what do you think?
