I cannot find the thread but I would bet I saw soemone refere to a freeware prog that tersts/monitors the power your components are drawing from the psu. Thoughts? :banghead:

doesnt speedfan tell you the volts your mobo is reading?

there is no such program that will monitor useage in watts if that is what you are asking. speedfan/systool etc will give you voltages but not watt useage.

I think freeboys refering to the extreme psu calculator, where you can get a rough guide as to how many watts your components are pulling from the psu.

great tool thanks, not exactly, I swear there was a power in the system, perhaps only for the device it was reading, anywho that abovbe mention calc maxed my poor psu with the cpu oc'd glad I am moving up to a 600
