From personal experience, the Xbox one controller has a far superior layout, excluding the touchpad ofc, but feels much cheaper than the PS4 controller with rubberized grips. A note from the PS4 controller is that the joysticks wear out over time

That's why I like the 360 a bit more. It's solid and doesn't feel cheap (also a bit bigger).

Since I use a lot of wireless though, I stick with XOne (my 360 is less convenient for that).

That is both your WiFi antenna and your Blutooth antenna. Without it, your blutooth signal will be extremely weak and not work correctly.

Yes, you can use any WiFi antenna, it doesn't have to be the one that came with your motherboard. They use standard connectors.
