Sorry for "spamming", but what kind of fps would I get with an Xeon e3-1225 and a rx 580 8gb

Screen Resolution: 1280 x 1024 (generic dell monitor, lololoolol)

Would I be able to get 60 fps on games like For Honor, Fortnite, and Apex Legends?
I'm willing to play on low, but I think I can handle high-epic.... maybe
Too many questions, but I have the build I want in mind.

EDIT 1: Also, my monitor is 75hz, is there really a visual difference between 75 and 60? I'm assuming yes, because 120 and 144 exist.

i see no reason it wont be fine though, esp. at that resolution.

Thanks, I expect 60+ fps at medium settings, but maybe we'll shoot for the stars and go high

Would an Xeon e3-1225 bottleneck my RX 580 8GB, while I wait for ryzen 3rd gen?

Xeon e3-1225 LGA 1155, 4 cores and 4 threads paired with an rx 580 8gb. I plan to get the ryzen 5 3600. Would I be able to get 75 fps (or 60..) on low to medium, or even high at these settings? I plan to play like, cs:go, for honor, fortnite, apex legends, etc. I think I'd be able to get at...
