Try this:
Discord Settings>voice&video>turn off automatically determine voice sensitivity and adjust the slider if necessary lower mic volume.

[SOLVED] - Discord can hear my internal sounds

Discord picks up loud internal sounds. So if I'm playing a song on full volume my friends can hear the song even though I'm on headphones. I have the Steelseries Arctis 3 gaming headset.

I will take an example, if i listen to a youtube vid they will hear exactly what i'm hearing so the sound of the video like if it was them that was listening.
