reminds me when I was younger and done similar with a car sound system in my bedroom,

15inch 1100w sub + 800w mono amp
4 competition infinity 6x9s + 1000w amp
car head unit + disk changer
and a beast of a car battery and charger

I was the neighbours best friend lol

edit: bit of advice if you plan to make it the best you can, don't skimp on cables!

yeah this one is costing me money but the experience is worth it, my first time since I always wanted a sound system but it's cheaper buying the parts by yourself and make it yourself at least in my country, I'll be updating it soon since I had to redo my powersupply (the pcb I made had a mistake where I took it out of the chloride too soon and there are still some connected coppers left so I had to redo it to make it look better.)

edit: I agree with you d1nky, I plan to get some more I've already had a problem before where I skimped on tubes for my water cooling and had to buy more so ahahaha I learned my lessons)

i'll be watching this thread as you update, I used to love setting up different sound systems etc.

it sounds odd but a small thing like cables or even different cable lengths has a huge effect, especially when 'played at high volume'.
