Hi,
I have a problem with my Windows 10 x64 and SoundBlaster Z...
When I want to use midi player and record my guitar via Asio4all one of them doesn' t work - first running only works.
On windows 7/8 I had not this kind of problem... I know Soundblaster Z has no Midi port but I use VirtualSynth Midi app and when I open first midi and I want play midi and play on my guitar via Asio4All - plays only midi my guitar is mute but signal goes to the rec monitor and if I run first amp simulator for guitar and next midi for background play - midi does'nt work " Midi is used by another application or bassmidi is in use".
Looks like Windows blocks send port for SoundBlaster Speaker output - but Ive unchecked box with Priority and Use only by one app in WIndows Play settings...
..or maybe are some modded SoundBlaser Z driivers with midi - but I use PAX L13_1_01_v1.00 and doesn't work
Anybody knows how to solve this problem ?
