Soundgraph is well known for their LCD and VFD products in the majority of HTPC enclosures from virtually all major brand names out there. The new FingerVU series takes the control of the PC to the next level with a 4" or 7" inch, high-res, USB powered LCD touch screen at your finger tips.

The name of our company, 'SoundGraph' is composed of two words 'sound' and 'graph'.

this thing looks cool but seems like a bunch of fail in actuality.

It looks a lot better than the Art Lebedev Optimus mini three for a comparable price! I'd like to check one of these out in person sometime...

Dear all,

I'm working for SoundGraph and participated in developing FingerUI which is a software for FingerVU. I'd like to sort out the problems you have when using FingerVU.

If you are running the first version of FingerUI Software included in installation CD, please make it up to date. As shown in the version history at FingerVU user's forum, under Windows XP with ATI VGA card, there's something problem with playback video files and it was fixed in version 1.11.0210 which was released at Feb 10, 2010.

USB monitor needs stable power supplying to it. TO do this, Y-type USB cable is included in the FingerVU box. One line is normal USB and the other is only for supplying more power to FingerVU. And long cable length can make bad detection situation. If you connect the FingerVU USB cable to the USB port on the front chassis of your PC case, please use the USB ports in rear side which is soldered directly to motherboard. Normally, the front USB port is connected via long cable to motherboard and it can make detection problem.

As shown in the version history at FingerVU user's forum, the Desktop module was added to the version 1.19.0312 which was released at Mar 15, 2010. With this module, you could control the other Windows applications with touch panel. And as shown in the FingerUI To Do List, many more modules including the virtual keyboard and embedded internet browser will be added in future release.

Thanks a lot,

Trying to install Touch Frames and HD Frames on my FingerVU 706 I have deleted all file that it said to for a clean install but the install porgram still hangs with a dialog box saying files remain. I have rechecked them and they are all gone. I have Vista 64 bit.
