Well I am not going to encourage the purchase of any Sparkle.
I could probably find a review but for your own good, I won't post it.

In my country,Malaysia.
we never buy Sparkle products because of its slow and poor RMA services,if you looking for any cheap yet good performance GPU manufacturer,i suggest you Palit

Yeah, if you want a cheap card with a good chipset get something like a Zotac. I think that Zotac is good and very affordable.
