Yes, you can always do that and wait. I was looking at it from a bios modders "how hard is it to do it myself?" perspective, if only for those boards that will inevitably be left behind... (I'm betting BIOSTAR will).

Probably not an "end user" problem so I'll see myself out... :laugh:

I wonder if that is why my i3 machine, which is obviously not AMD would not take the Windows Security fix (whichever one sent to W8.1, 4056897/8).

You might need another, i would manually download it
