Good price, shame it is not painted on the inside. But I guess it is not important since it does not have a window.

Pros - cheap, PSU included, looks decent for price, side fan mounts, CPU cutout in mobo tray
Cons - top mounted PSU, unpainted interior, no fans included (so add another $20-$40), no front fan mount to cool drives, the drive racks are the minimal crappy 30-year-old design, PSU is probably a fire hazard if it works at all
Other thoughts - probably not okay even for the average budget box, because the air flow is terrible even if fully populated and the PSU cost about $7 to make.
