SSD Drives: 2 instead of one, can't read second one

I am running a SSD 64 GB drive, using windows 7 to boot from. I have added another 64 GB SSD drive to run a memory hog program from it, making the two drives separate. I don't know what to do to get the second SSD drive to show up. I do NOT want to run them together as one, instead I might even want to set them up for dual boot. For now I just want to be able to see the other 64GB SSD drive as I do the other IDE drive I run separate with the first 64GB SSD drive. Can someone help me with this? I am using Windows 7 for an OS. witth 64 bit, 8 GB ramm.
thank you for any help,

when you get it, turn off your rig...install new SSD...boot rig.

Look in disc management, and it should show the drive as unallocated space without a drive letter. In that same window click on the drive and assign it a letter and format it.
