ehh the RIAA is after torrents for everything, if its a torrent, they are after you, music hardly makes up much of torrents (torrents are mainly software and movies), if they wanted music, they could've targetted limewire but noooooooo they just had to go after torrents.

But the shadows are all wrong :banghead:

Shadows should not be drawn as a radial line as though the Sun was placed on the centre of a piece of paper! Perpective is all wrong! OMG. Sun is at infinity point. All shadows should go in same direction. Its the sun! Not a spotlight at 50 meters! :pimp:

I noticed that as well, and hope it'll be corrected - it's not too bad when you're moving around at a decent pace, but when you start to slow down to "take in the sights" it becomes more noticeable.

big difference I noticed here over SoC is that you can actually see where the sun is, instead of the sky going from light to dark from one side of the sky cube.

Oh, well, there's still 3-4 months left before RD (if it's released on time), and I think this demo is a couple months old as well . . . still looks very promising, though :rockout:

I got to some bit where i had to kill guys to clear out of a "factory" i think it had barrels of the explosive kind in it. It wasnt too far either. I didnt know what to do after that part.

Looks good the only problem ive had was it starts blurry and then goes sharp its like it was trying to do some distance thing and failed.

I like the water and the tall grass.

I get good frames on it thanks to my 8800gt although i need a new CPU, this was at max settings.

I liked the sniper but the AKs the enemy were using looked crap.

EDIT : sorry i havnt tried saving it because i didnt get far enuf to bother a save

It's meant to, it's a demonstration of the viewing distance depth variation.

I meant like it would start blurry and focus when i went closer to stuff like viewing distance depth variation would normal. then if i looked down the sight of the gun or something it would dissaper and be constantly sharp.

I noticed that too - I think just a glitch in the demo, although on my end it wouldn't go away after aiming in on something - I had to go to the menu and reset the screen res.

I still like the depth of field change when you're reloading, that was one of the first things I noticed is that your background blurs except for your weapon. They've defi made some improvements, for sure.

IDK - perhaps it changes. One time through, I defended the camp from bandits, took over the tower, and then followed a group to some water pump station-looking thing (and ran across a bloodsucker along the way) . . . didn't get much further than there.

IDK, then - it was a small group that left the encampment of buildings and headed towards where all the boars are. I had to kill all the boars before they went any further . . .

demo glitches? Who knows? I've noticed that if you're killed and reload the saved game, you have no objectives at all - it's like a sandbox mode . . . and you can't seem to kill anyone either
