The upcoming single-player Star Wars Jedi: Fallen order will be a tall calling for Respawn. Few franchises are as loved as Star Wars, and this one will definitely leave a mark in the company's legacy. It's unlikely EA will "pull an EA" on the studio even if it flops, though: Apex Legends remains an incredibly successful release form Respawn Entertainment, and it should be enough to hold EA's reins - at least for a while.

The system requirements for the highly-awaited, story-driven single-player game have been outed, and they're in the usual side of things. Minimum requirements call for an AMD FX-6100 or an Intel Core i3-3220, paired with 8 GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon HD 7750 or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 - alongside 65 GB of storage. The recommended specs are relatively standard as well, and nothing to throw users in an upgrade fit... We're looking at an AMD AMD Ryzen 7 1700 or an Intel i7-6700K, 16 GB of system RAM, An AMD RX Vega 56 or NVIDIA GTX 1070 graphics cards. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order drops on November 15th.

I hope nobody here has pre-ordered. Please dont. Dont give EA your money till you've actually seen how the game is or will be properly when its released. Dont be that fool that has to fight EA for a refund when the game turns out to be a cancerous tumor to the industry like quite a few of their previous games have.

Just dont.

You were supposed to be the one. To bring order to the the crap fest of offerings since KOTOR.

Is a genuine successor to KOTOR so much to ask

Pretty easy when they release just two warmed-over Star Wars skinned Battlefield clones. I'm not going to touch this until it's reviewed and has dropped in price. Anything else would be giving EA waaaay too much faith.

they just picked midrange offerings from last gen CPU's instead of items with similar performance, which means no one actually tested the damn things and they just guessed.

Kotor 2. ;)

And screw SW RPGs, what about a Jedi Knight? That is pretty much the only saberfighting thing I'm interested in now, apart possibly from a proper Kotor 3 not made by Bioware.

The best thing they could do is release Battlerfront 1& 2 from the PS1 or 2 (I honestly can't remember) with updated Graphics and they would have a hit it is still one my favourite Star Wars games

I am anxious to see this game but also cautious based on EA's past.

That being said, I am surprised they have not been smart enough to reboot some of the best star wars games in the series beyond the Battlefront. With the tech of today, making a Star Wars Jedi Knight game (Like Outcast and Jedi Academy) would be something to really look forward to.
