Hey all, long time no post.
In case anyone is wondering, or cares, I've spent the last 8 months in short sale/new business owner hell... hence the radio silence. However, now I come to you all with a question.
I am running a franchised business with corporate HQ "support" and recently changed over my ISP. HQ maintains a VPN in order to facilitate data communication throughout the nationwide network and thus, each location has a VPN appliance. All clients on each local(store) network has a static IP. There is no "official" support for wireless access in stores.
My current network diagram is as follows:
However, wireless internet access would be very helpful in our day to day operations, not to mention a good service to provide to our customers.
In other words, I want my network to look like this:
When I plug the router in between the Juniper and the cable modem, no traffic can get out from behind the Juniper. I thought to myself it would be a simple matter of setting up a static route on the Netgear to allow traffic to get out however I'm not much of a networking guy... the static route I set does not work.
Any ideas?
Thank you,
