But still all over the web but no actual proof that steam said it was, again not saying they are not going too even more so with this sale going on but no actual proof.

Then if it's as bad as some have said in this thread it would make even more sense to sell cheap before saying any thing.

Been awhile since then.. Maybe they got better.

It's alright i guess, how ever it feels cheap the buttons feel cheap the analog sick\triggers are shorter which makes some games really hard, one being TT Isle Of Man is pretty much unplayable with it.

I could of gone though the effort of putting better switches in it maybe try to deaden the cheapness sound at the least but ended up giving it away as it might serve them more as it was "OK" with the controller for the most part for PGA and i have a friend who is having issue's with that game with the newer xbox controller.

Steam needs to do way better than they have done as it stands no chance against a xbox controller or even a PS3 controller imo.

I thought about this controller as for driving games, triggers are really awful but gyroscope is really great, now I need to print desk mount to get it work like a wheel

For this who just bought this it takes some time to get used to the differences vs Xbox PS1 controllers. I have had mine for a few years and actaully rarely use it.

its good for simple games like some indies and rpg's. i'd never use it for many genres though. i plan to play some final fantasy games using the steam controller tho. i mean those are simple controller scheme games
