Hell yeah

Yes!! Witcher 2 33% off--$33.49 (Aw thats 33% off $49.99 not $39.99 but still good for such a new and acclaimed game).

Uh..I don't think everything on sale. 24 hour daily deals as in the past.

It's 'cause there's too many people accessing the servers at once. You would expect somebody like Steam to have prepared for that...

Yeah but Im still downloading TF2 at 4.2MB a sec on my Mac here at work so the whole network isn't on it's knees. They need better load balancing or something.

Uh dude though they have since said the beta is "open" I waited a month for Steam Support to tell me that offer was only good with preorders and/or "Limited Edition" of MOH which was no longer available. Though I also saw today that EA support claims those who registered MOH LE on Origins will get the beta. So who knows but again does specify "LE". Just don't buy MOH for that reason alone at this point.

http://battlefieldo.com/bf3-beta-delivered-origin-ea-support/

Ah yes apparently thousands of sales have already been completed and downloads begun as my speed has dropped to 1.3MB/sec now.

I'm having a real tough time getting a stable enough experience to even shop. I'll check in later this evening. I sure hope they get the kinks worked out.

Is Test Drive Unlimited 2 worth the $10. I do like racing games and this seems to be a more open based one.

Which games on that list under $20 are must haves? Thinking about buying a couple for some giveway threads- I can buy them as gifts and sit on the codes, right?

this maybe a good time to pickup borderlands.

Better to check other websites before jumping on the STEAM bandwagon. I like steam, but I have found cheaper pricing on other websites even when steam has their deals. I've found Borderlands on Amazon for like $4

To be fair, the most recent Amazon deal on Borderlands was the non-Steam activated version (which is a negative if you want to play online with everyone else who got it on Steam) and was sold by a 3rd party seller. Believe you had to pay for shipping too.

packs like ID or Unreal, are they supposed to run outta de box on Windows 7?....

Regarding Red River, do what you want, I am doing the last mission and I like it (and I do not like 99% of all games, go figure)
