Update1: just received bios file from Sapphire support, attached it. I see few differences in Timing Strap, rest is the same compared to https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/198315/198315 which you linked @eidairaman1
Need to do some schoolwork to learn what those differences actually mean.
Sometimes card makers update the bios files with minor tweaks/fixes, most people typically are able to use the card as is. At bottom of each bios page there is a description, but I look internally at each file to see what memory it supports and the subsystem ID. Sapphire cards tend to be easier than most. So Most likely either bios will work, hopefully you can upload it after installing it but put the stock keeping unit number in the description please.
