strange power problem

just noticed something that want happening

when i turn off my pc even with shot down bottom the pc shot down then if i touch any button
on my keyboard it start again??? giving me critical error messages about shutting down improperly
and windows failed to start start after i start

Try turning off Fast Startup.

Your not shutting down its hibernation state. Change what the power buttons do. Or change your power state in the BIOS

yes that did it . i wounder what triggered it . it wasnt the case at all before . or i wasnt paying attention . thanks anyway

there is a lot of cases with fast start up on google . windows 8.1 has a lot of power failure problems i had the restart instead of shut down problem
and this one .
