STRESS TESTING Dell Workstation

Looking for a software program that can set and test variable levels of active CPU and RAM simulating real life EXTREME conditions. Purpose is to ramp up to MAX Workstation capabilities and develop baselines for power supply performance and high end [workstation] PC internal temperatures.
Also need temperature and voltage monitor for DELL 5820 " Intel Xeon " processor.

The recommended " ThrottleStop 9.3 program only mentions support for I9 Intel CPU not XEON.
