Stutter due to C-State

I have an i9-13950HX processor. When I set the Package C-State to C1, I experience stuttering, and my FPS drops significantly. I recently tinkered with the C-State settings, and some strange things happened in my system. It responds slowly, and in games like LoL, I get significantly lower FPS. Does anyone know the reason behind this? Did I do something wrong? @unclewebb

Did you use ThrottleStop to disable the core C states? Doing this can interfere with Intel Turbo Boost unless you are running an all core overclock where the CPU uses the same multiplier regardless of how many cores are active. Running all cores at the same maximum turbo multiplier is usually only possible on unlocked HX and K series CPUs.

I have never done any C state game testing. Post some results if you learn anything new. In theory, disabling the package C states should not make any difference to performance or stuttering.
