Sub-Ambient Condensation Protection | No More Condensation!!

i plan on moving from AIR to H2o, with a h2o water.chiller loop.
yes,
condensation will be A MAJOR ISSUE..
but,
I may have the PERFECT SOLUTION: PARYLENE

what is "parylene" : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parylene

"Parylene is the tradename for a variety of chemical vapor deposited poly(p-xylylene) polymers used as moisture barriers and electrical insulators. Among them, Parylene C is the most popular due to its combination of barrier properties, cost, and other manufacturing advantages" ... From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Parylene Properties & Characteristics: http://www.vp-scientific.com/parylene_properties.htm

some common applications for parylene: Military, NASA, Hospital Equipment, and MORE..

with parylene coating one can go SUB.ambient and have little to NO WORRIES about condensation...
and personally the best part is the CLEAN setup... won't be able to see it... no MESS..

i found a place that'll do a "CHAMBER" run for 650.00 USD ...
its a 7.day process... receive ... prep (mask) ... chamber run ... clean.up ... test ... ship

currently looking for 6-10 people to share the "CHAMBER' space with me... to cut costs...
we may be able to MASK the boards ourselves, to help cut cost and time down...

650 / (# of people) = total cost per person

each person probably can have 4-5 items 'coated'...
i'll find out exactly the dimension of the chamber and post an update...

i'm located in ARIZONA ...
the parylene coating location is CALIFORNIA ...

we can work out the details...
once WE have INTEREST... a head count...

my parylene list includes:
mobo: evga x58 classified
video card: (2) gtx-295

any interest in PARYLENE?

Seems like a good idea. Even if you're not going sub-ambient and just wanted to protect your motherboard/components from leaks in a water-loop.

Only thing you would need to worry about is exposure to UV light for a lengthy period of time. So no running your PC with UV lights.
