Swapping PC parts, how does this system look.

I am going to change the insides of my computer to a more high end system. I still need a motherboard, can someone please recommend me a good motherboard that is compatible with 45nm CPU's out of the box(like the E8400) and DDR3 memory. Heres the system so far:

A p45 would. Give you crossfire for a reasonable price as well. Most boards released in the last 4-5 months in the p45/x38/x48 category would be able to do 45nm out of the box. Most others should too, but if you get one that's been around for a while it's possible it will come w/ the old bios.

You know what i may just go with a good DDR2 motherboard. It will save me alot of money on memory. But whats a good DDR2 board that supports 45nm and my RAM(the ones in the system specs) out of the box? For a good price.

If you don't plan on Crossfire, a good newer revision P35 or a P45 board would do you fine.

EP45-DS3L

There is also a P35 version of that motherboard very similar here.

Either one of those wouldn't need a bios update to run your E8400.

Also worth mentioning is the X48 board but it's a little pricier.

If you plan on doing crossfire later and want the best performance with less troubles get a X48 board. Gskill Pi PC2-9600 ram is the best stuff that's out right now, if you can find it.

I think that ASUS P5Q if you dont want Xfire and ASUS P5Q-E if you want Xfire, both uses the P45 chipset and Ive heard that the P5Q OC very well.
