Swiftech has updated their Maelstrom reservoir series in nearly every single manner. With the use of thick glass in a rectangular form factor for the reservoir and integrated RGB lighting, it offers color options via LEDs or a coolant of your choice. Adding to this is their new MCP655-PWM pump that offers increased compatibility with PWM controllers, while retaining the reliability, performance, and quiet nature we have come to know and love from the Laing D5.

I love the look and the mounting but that price... it is absurdly expensive. Especially since you can get mcp355 clones for $40 off amazon.

Beautiful combination, X50 is cool for me, smallest in line.
Most people will decide to go with this only because famous Swiftech MCP655 PWM.

But I don't like because manufacturers do little to hide D5 body. Here is not visible almost at all.
But maybe they should cover completely D5 boddy from bottom.
Big plus is two ports on top.
Mounthing mechanism they need to launch urgengtly. For 120/140 fan place, universal to keep pump in different positions.
