Sync/Connect WD 1 TB hdd with my laptop

I regularly download / add files to many of my folders in my hard drive..

and to backup them, i need to manually copy paste them regularly in my WDD 1TB hdd.

any easy way to sync such folders from hdd to external hdd automatically?

i mean if i add 3 files today and 4 tomorrow and sync next week it'll copy all files of folder?
