Ran into a similar issue where I was thanked, got the push notification, but the bell icon wasn't "lit" when I opened the forums.

The notifications for alerts on the Alerts page is not showing "New" alerts properly. I have no idea were new posts start and old posts end. They used to be of an alternate shade. Now the alternate shading is all over the place...

Maybe, but it was fine a few days ago. I'm using Dark Reader extension for FireFox.

The darker shaded notifications you've clicked on, and the lighter shaded notifications you haven't clicked yet. It's visible in your screenshot. It's hard for me to see the difference in the bell drop down notifications.
