The way i see it - its karma. For every USA/NA/SA only giveaway there is one euro only giveaway. Sure it would be nice if all of them could be global. but TPU doesnt set the rules.

There are giveaways you can enter and i cant, and others that I can and you cant. gotta keep it 50/50
