Text rendering lag on RX 580

I just received XFX Radeon RX 580 and there is something that bothers me: rendering lag of text on 640x480 resolution (BIOS, DOS, Linux, etc).

I tried both DVI and DisplayPort but with the same results. Everything else run perfectly.

Is this a normal behavior on AMD GPUs?

Ghostiness, had this problem on a ga mobo too. Cursor lag on uefi, just the way they are, doesnt affect game or windows.

Make sure there is no mining bios installed

If the card is second hand, most likely a mining bios is on the gpu which causes random weirdness to occur...
