Things like HL2 aren't bad. 3Dmark06 would be the best thing to stress test it, but that isn't nearly so fun.

i would say BF2 and FEAR not so much COD2. I noticed little diffrence between 512 crap ram and 2g good ram on COD2 so i wouldent think its as stressfull as the other 2 i mentioned :toast:

well i play bf2 faithfully on full everything and its great i love it...so basically that should be enough for me to really stress comp...i played that fear demo not for me ....lol....but i played it with full everything just fine...anyway then thanks for the replies...maybe ill try the COD2 for the fun of it

any newish game will stress an X700.. u dont have to look hard for one..

and cod 2 will bring my 2 gig memory.. X850 540/600 grfx .. FX57 speed cpu system to its knees quite easily if i dont set it right.. it is one of the best games out there thow..

X3: Reunion Demo, does a fair job of the details and large mapping capabilites of a system and results are saved but rewritten, so saving each result in seprate document would then be able to compare each run as the benchmark settings are changed. I like it for the graphics. Matter of opinion.

The Elder Scrolls VI:Oblivion will stress a lot! (I've tested) Graphics are really nice, better than in Fable tlc.
