The Best Water Cooling?

So, I decided to poke my nose into some water cooling, but I don't know anything about it.

I was just wondering, what is the best, most top of the line, pro, water cooling parts.
If money was no limitation, what would you get?

Also, with this discussion. What are somethings I want to keep in mind while having water cooling, installing, setting up, things like that.

What do you want to cool anyway? Just CPU, CPU & GPU or every chip and mosfets?
Also how do you want to mount the rads? How many loops?

lol, I would probably just cool the cpu and gpu, but then again, i am not sure what all i can cool. the northbridge? most likely.

as for mosfests, no idea what that is. nor do i know what rads or what loops are for lol.

I'm a complete noob when it comes to water cooling, so yea. If you guys could just give me some direction, or good reading about water cooling. that would be amazing.

Oh. Google "Phase Change Cooling" if you have any more questions, but to get a lot more specific it is using chemical refrigerants/compressers/etc to cool a copper plate (the heat sink) to sub ambient temperatures.

haha, yea i don't think Phase Change cooling is an option at the moment XD

I'll just stick with the more conventional Water Cooling methods..

Nothing like that. In fact there is a chance you'll get a defect from just about any company. BWAHAHAHAHA. Not to scare you but everyone will give you different opinions here about what worked best for them because... well we've all tried a ton of things and wasted money and something worked! It doesn't always work for everyone. You'd do best to learn about what you want in a loop before asking about brands. That's an expensive question

Water cooling my CPU would cost me about $700 (high end) and phase change cost me $1000. I know its $300 more, but instead of having 45C temps, they are -45C

I think Bitspower parts are the best, but that does not mean that other companies that specialize on WC parts are no good.... To be honest, some people prefer different cooling parts from different companies to optimise results, while others prefer to get them all from the same brand.. for the same reason!

Heatkiller 3.0CU (then get it nickel plated it ) Feser Monsta Radiator, All BP fittings, DDC3.25 w/ XSPC top, Feser/Primochill tubing is nice... rest is whatever for intentions (low speed fans for silence etc)

There is no best...

the best comes out after planning and implimenting.

We would need to know your cooling objectives, (quiet? or raw performance)
And we also need to know what case you have and how you intend to fit your radiator (the largest piece in h2o also the most difficult piece to fit internally).

And we need to know your budget. Average H2o systems will start at around 200 dollars, while the complicated ones like mine can reach 4 figures.

And yes i have a phase chiller coming, and i have a TEC chiller.

Currently I have the Antec 900

but want to upgrate to the antec 1200 cuz its got a lot more room, and things are already crowded in my rig as it is.

at this point, i would say no more than 500 dollars, 250 is a good price to aim for

Antec 1200? can you change cases? I was thinking more along the lines of a TJ-07.

and for 500 you want your gpus? Because you might cut close..

Or maybe some full tower cases from Lian-li or the Silverstone TJ-07.. Bigger case means more space for mounting the rads, pumps, reservoirs etc., good tube routing & more room for additional loop in the future, bigger case never hurts when you are in water cooling.

Swiftech Apogee GTZ, EK Multioption 150 Reservoir Rev 2, Black Ice 360mm or 480mm (I have the 480mm), Feser aqua pure water, Swiftech MCP-655 pump and Scythe Kaze Ultra 2000rpm fans (I use also, for radiator).

It's a good case, I've seen interior pictures. Vast amount of space.

Black Ice radiators are the way to go if you go high rpm's for performance, but if you value your ears, Fesers w/ low RPM fans give great performance (XSPC are up there too in the quiet section for a cheaper price)
