the future of PCIE 3.0 slot ..... ??

yes it's true, that i just upgraded my very very very old cpu (i5 3570 non k + gigabyte h77 dsh3+ 2x8gb ddr3) to the current cpu..... I chose this i9 10900 non k, because I am very disappointed with the i9 11900 non k which is still only 8c 16t....... eventhough, i am very very very in love with my new cpu (10c 20t from 4c 4t)................ however, the cpu I chose has a risk, which is still using a PCIE 3.0 slot....

Then, what is the future of motherboards with PCIE 3.0 slots for graphics cards with PCIE 4.0 slots today or with graphics cards with PCIE 5.0 slots in the future..... ??
will there be a worse bottle neck...... ??

If you look at W1zzards review of the 3080 with PCIE scaling, you'll notice that PCIE 4.0 doesn't really offer much improvement over PCIE 3.0 (I want to say less than 5fps on average), so for the moment, you don't need to worry. However, until we have cards build on the 5.0 spec, there is no way to know how that will change things.

The only situation pcie 4.0 is useful for the x16 slot is if you are being forced to run the gpu in x8 mode... And even then, its benefits are limited.

Not at full x16 rate. A little at x8 rate, but still not much.
