Anyone got any clues? Most solutions I use get the game to work maybe for one or two launches but after that, DX error again. I've seen various different error screens that people have posted. Mine is the m_dxgiFactory error.

Solutions I have tried which worked at least once:

-Reinstalled BF3, the hard way (on digital version)
-Disabled SLI
-Install DX drivers from BF3 folder
-Reinstall GPU drivers
-Clean Install GPU drivers
-Switch to IE9 for default browser
-Uninstall and reinstall Battlelog

I have seen it most consistently fixed when messing with Battlelog installs and the browser. But it is not a permanent fix. In the beta there was an issue which prevented the game from even installing. Found out it was that the game needed IE9 installed for Battlelog.

Right now Battlelog in IE9 refuses to really load anything anymore. Just hangs there. Firefox, works till it DX errors. Guessing from all this that the problem is Battlelog.

Anyone else have other solutions they have tried? Or one that actually works for good?

Also, anyone know of any BF3 hardcore servers without Killcam on? Honestly can't find any.

Game needs to be in XP mode. Doesn't appear to affect it visually but it needs XP compatibility for some reason. Tested out today after I saw a tip on this. Been in and out of matches over and over with no DX error popping up. Anyone else with the issue, try this..

Wow. Glad you seem to a found a solution. Hope it continues to work. Should not affect it visually I figure; this game doesn't even technically run on XP so it shouldn't be reverting to DX9 or whatever.

I'd also like to point out that I appreciate your mature and thoughtful response to your difficulties which is in stark contrast to the average post at the Battlelog forums amongst those having technical problems.
