The new Elder Scrolls, Oblivion, anyone gonna get that game, comes out in a few weeks, It looks so amazing. Anyone know anything about it other then what its about? Im actually currently confused if there is any online play, im not sure I tried to find it on a pre order in a local store here, and the man at the front desk didn't know... :banghead:

Don't think there's going to be any online play in this game, but there ought to be tons of downloadable fan made mods like there were for morrowind

Do you (or other people) think this game is gonna be a good big one? even though I played morrowin on xbox and quit casue it was so hard for me, I mean solo is fun but you cant do mini lan or anything?

Perhaps a multiplayer mod like in morrowind.

You should update you video card because i went on some other sites and they said "even though the minimum requirements are 128 mb Direct 3d video card, you should still have at least an X800 series or 6800 series to run this game with good framerates". You should try to get a 6800 GS AGP.

o i was going to i want a 6800GS SOOOOOOOOOO bad. best buy doesnt carry them and i cant order stuff offline

O yeaaa i meet it all, 6600gt Will handle it, it says it cant but it will, its just a 6800 that is about underclocked a little, if so ill over clock mine but I dont find the need to, high settings on dungeons dragons online stormreach

The 6800 also have twice the pixel pipelines of a 6600 (16 vs 8), but nevermind that, bethseda says the recommended card is a 6800 or X800, but any card with DirectX 9 support will run the game, you'll just have to lower the detail level a little bit

The amount of pixel pipelines will tell you how many pixels your video card can render in a single pass, so the more pixel pipelines, the faster the video card

just got the game Oblivian

well i just got this game today...in one word it is awesome, excellent graphics huge maps, and great game play. you can play in FPS mode or 3rd person mode.

but god dam i am stuck in between the stairs and cant get out( f-ing game glitch and it is the only save point i have other than starting all over again.
