Yeah I don't think it's just a high refresh rate monitor problem as I was seeing the same thing on my RX5700 and 24" 75Hz Viewsonic VA panel monitor it's not doing it with the RX6800 though
Evan after AMD said they'd fixed the issue I still had it happen on the RX5700 I still think it's a driver problem not a GPU/Monitor problem
