Took a quick check of reviews after watching the trailer. Scores about 7.3/10 by critics on Meta and GameRakings, but an encouraging 8.7/10 by users on Meta.
It has a lot of puzzles of course as you'd expect, some say too many and too much trial and error solving. One praised it's "Deduction Board" puzzle mechanic though, and said it's refreshingly better than past SH games FW has made.
What I'm most curious about is how they implement this dark side of Holmes, and whether there's much violence and/or combat decisions in it. I didn't read much about that because I'm considering getting this, and I don't want to spoil too much.
