"Power" means ur CPU was throttled by the power limit reason.

Ur screenshot shows the limitpower by PL1.

To fix it, try to increase the "Long power PL1" value in TPL settings.

The CPU is also overheating and thermal throttling. Replace the thermal paste and try to fix the cooling problem.

Do I have to worry about PL1 and PL2? because I rarely gaming and when just casual use my temp stays at around 48C - 52C. Does increase the PL1 in TPL settings = more heat? and what if it necessary what value should I set to both PL1 and PL2?

Yes. More power equals more heat.

Your CPU has a 45W TDP power rating and it probably needs at least 60W for maximum performance. The screenshot you posted shows that your CPU is overheating when power consumption is only 28.8W. You have a cooling problem that needs to be fixed. The heat is likely what is triggering the power limit throttling problem at only 25W. You can try checking the MMIO Lock box in the TPL window but what you really need to do is some cooling system maintenance. Many MSI thin and light laptops seem to have borderline or inadequate cooling. The inside of your laptop needs to be hospital clean. Try using some Honeywell PTM 7950.
