Sandio Technology introduced Game O', the world's first 3D gaming mouse. The patented Game O' 3D gaming mouse offers PC gamers an "unfair advantage" by allowing them to execute moves that are not possible using just a keyboard and a traditional 2D mouse. With Game O' you can move forward, backwards, sideways, jump, crouch, pitch, yaw and roll during game without using the keyboard. The mouse features an extra wide base, all the standard buttons, a scroll wheel and three analog sticks on the left, right and top. Sandio Technology offers a software developer's kit (SDK) for their 3D mouse that allows game developers to develop new characters with "6 degrees of freedom (6DOF)" moves that were previously impossible to execute. The Game O' mouse is a laser mouse featuring an Avaga laser sensor with multiple resolutions up to 2000 dpi and a 16 bit mouse data packet. The device is completely compatible with both 2D and 3D PC games and applications. Game O' will be available directly from eBay and Amazon.com this summer for $79.99.

Analog sticks on a mouse? Brilliant! Although I think psp-esque analog sliders would be better.

i dont think adding more available function keys or analogue sticks will give an advantage...not a major one atleast.

seems like having alternating finger actions would be more confusing

index is on button, middle is on anny, ring is on button, thumb is on anny2

the entire mouse moves also? or no.

I wouldn't either. I'm not coordinated enough to do everything in a game with one hand  .

Yo, imagine someday when people play call of duty and instead of saying "HACKS" when people get a kill, they say "GAME-O"!... Ofcourse, that'll never happen

I think having one hand on the keyboard, and one hand on the mouse will beat that anyday. After all, with two hands, there is less confusion on what to press and one hand, seems just slower. Sort of like, dual core versus single core concept.:)

Seems really confusing, defenitely wouldn't spend $80 on it. Hell, I'm hesitant to spend $40 on a mouse.

Why not just make a Wii-type of controller instead of this thing? A mouse is still a mouse, I'm sorry but if it still has to slide to tell the computer where it's going, it's not 3D.
