Thermal pad replaced... now memory slot 3 is gone

Hi there,

All after all this time, I replaced all the thermal pads in my laptop.
Right after, my laptop won't start with a memory in slot 3.

Both memories are working, and slot 1 works fine.
No glitches found, temperatures and voltages are great.

This thermal pad is non electrial conductive, but maybe it's placed somewhere that it shouldn't.

Anyone experience anything like this before?
Any ideas in how to troubleshot?
Anyway to fetch bios post erros?

The laptop model is MSI GL63.

were the thermal pads the same thickness?
they look pretty thick

The orginal, was like a paste.
I left some days overburning to decrease size with temperature, and now seems to fit better.

so you replaced paste with thick pads?

you probably bent the PCB until it got damaged.

Nope. Removed all before assemble.

Yep. I removed after this screnshoot. All this gelid written is plastic too.
