Hi , the thermal pad's are still usable ?

the GPU core goes to the max temp of 70°c

Okay one post would be fine for both questions....Thermal paste always ha# to be replaced when you ”break the bond” the thermal pad looks fine as long as it’s nit damaged and can still maintain proper conact.

The double post was not on purpose , some bug on the mobile maybe .

those pads need replacement. they broke when being dissembled and wont transfer heat very well anymore. if they came off clean than they would be usable.

Core temp is just a sensor somewhere in the GPU core. It won't tell you anything about RAM or VRM temps.

sometimes the temp not read right, so better you change the 3 blue pads that broken

you mean the pads? the pads must be non conductive but has ability to transfer the heat to heatsink

i reused these pads(broken or not) all the time no prob since 8800gt.
i just cut off the overhanging parts and put it where needed

for me yes maybe temps of ram are 2° less but i don't mind
i would be more worried of the drop of thermal paste that is not spread out- so i think your gpu core does not make good contact

looks like the thermal paste application is not the issue , the GPU is not overheating .
