I bought a TR2 RX 750W at microcenter today for $100 (with a $20 MIR). Usually I'd order PSUs on the net, but the PSU was for someone who was in a bit of a rush. Before I installed it in it's new home I checked and the TR2 RX 750W is an HEC, aka RUBBISH. I'm a little bit saddened by that, but at least it's easy to return. Faced with the decision to pay some serious arsehole tax at microcenter for a decent power supply, I've convinced my cohort to wait for one to be shipped. I'm looking for a PSU meeting the following criteria: -high quality -reasonably priced -750W+ (preferably 850W) -3 or less +12V rails (one is best) -modular is a big plus! -available in the USA The following are the ones I'm considering (ordered by price). Please share your opinions or personal experience with them, or recommend an alternative. 1) Seasonic SS-850HT 850W ATX12V v2.31,EPS12V v2.92 8... - $135 shipped 2) (Seasonic) CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX850 V2 850W ATX12V v2.... - $140 shipped - $15 MIR 3) (CWT) CORSAIR HX Series CMPSU-850HX 850W ATX12V 2.3 / EP... - $170 shipped -$20 MIR At this point I guess I'm leaning towards the most expensive one because it's modular but the price hurts my eyes. Help? Thanks!
