Thermothrottle / XTU not working after current BIOS Updates Allienware 15 r2

Hi, I was having the feeling that TT wasnt working so I started to dig a bit. And I found out a thread mentioning that after a current BIOS update the option is locked. I tried Intel XTU also and the program doesnt loading. Are all these correct? Do I have to downgrade my bios to have temps lowered by under voltaging? Is there hope that a future patch of TT will be able to overide the lockdown?
My laptop is an Alienware M15 r2 / i7 9750H

Yes.

Look in the BIOS for a reset to factory option.

No patch is possible. The voltage control lock is set by the BIOS. You have to fix the BIOS.
