About an hour ago I downloaded a throtlestoo app to increase my performance, in FVIR section i changed core 4 from 44 to 43 and CPU and CPU cashe to -125mv. I pressed apply. After a while computer restarted. After restart i opened a throtleup and everything got frozen. Now computer does not respond to anything absolutely anything, it is frozen with one image. The only way that I have is to wait until battery will turn off and try to restart my laptop. Cam anyone help me with, and could this programme kill my computer, or thete is nothing to worry and it is just stop my CPU working? Please i need immediate response. I really appreciate it. Thank you!

P.S I attached an image of my frozen screen.

Did you try holding down the power button for 10 seconds? That is normally how you reset a frozen computer.
